This kit is a great introduction to using the Butterfly Loom. Using the 100g ball of yarn enclosed the pattern teaches you how to wrap and knot the yarn and create a daisy pattern. Slip stich the squares together to give you a lovely short scarf.
In the kit there is a small loom which can be used time and again to make cushion covers, scarves, lap blankets and bags.
The wooden shawl pin included in the kit can be accessorized with all of your shawls and scarves – it can also be used as a hairpin.
The finished scarf measures 27 inches, just the right size for when you want to wear something less bulky yet still be lovely and warm. The shawl pin gives a stylish finishing touch, no need to tie, just pin through and wear under or over your coat collar.
